The Handbell Choir at First Presbyterian typically joins the Christmas and Easter services. We practice after church for several weeks prior to those special services. The handbells were purchased with memorial monies and they are an extra blessing to our music ministry. Our group includes young ringers as well as those with years of experience. It is also a multi-generational group, as we have four generations of the Unkel family and three generations of the Beckenhauer family. We welcome anyone with an interest in ringing to contact the director, Greta Johnson. We only warn you that playing with the Handbell Choir at First Presbyterian could be potentially addicting. Once you ring with us, you may have so much fun, you will want to return each season.
